At the “scope” meeting, you will have the opportunity to view appropriate “Consultant Fact Files” which outline:

  • The organisations that have benefited from their consultant training.
  • Their qualifications and work patterns.
  • Their Myers-Briggs or PPA profiles.

This information is available to you to aid the selection of the trainer who fits with your organisational culture and training needs.

Our Training and development Philosophy & Ethical Code

We are here to motivate and enthuse, but above all, make measurable differences. To create safety within high risk activities. To take people out of their “comfort zone” and change the way they operate, their behaviours and beliefs.

The traditional view of the risk/safety balance is that the higher the risk, the lower the safety for participants (and vice versa). We feel that this diminishes value for money and through proven methodologies and our ethical code; we have learned to reverse the balance - provide high risk activities within a safe environment.

You as Our Customer

We are only interested in providing training and development solutions that will have a real impact on your business. We are particularly interested in long-term relationships rather than one-off hits. If we feel that we cannot deliver a product at a quality we will both be happy with, or that the training and development need is outside of our scope, we would rather refuse the business than deliver the substandard product!
