What Is The Objective Of The Course?

The course has been designed so that both new sales professionals and experienced sales professionals can learn a new 15 point strategy. This phone sales skill training course is designed to teach students how to increase sales significantly in less than four weeks.

Who Are The Target Audience?

The audience will be a mixture of individuals new to sales as well as those with some experience of sales and from all sizes of companies. Sales people from small businesses will find it extremely useful as the course is structured so that sales people from SME's can operate independently with minimal outside support. Members of larger teams will be able to impress their bosses with their ingenuity and a new set of proactive skills.

What Will Students Learn?

Students will learn the basics behind selling including the importance of good planning and preparation, they will learn about tools available to help them manage their day to day sales databases. Then they will embark on the 15 step road map to the selling experience from Cold calling techniques to learning how to successfully close the deal. We will also cover handling objections and how to handle gatekeepers and identify time wasters. Students will also learn about communication, the “phone body language” and how to approach top executives in FTSE 1000 companies.

The phone sales skill training course is designed to be highly educational, with lots of practical tools to take away that can be implemented immediately. It will also be fun and thought provoking. The course is not being delivered by professional trainers but by sales professionals with more than 20 years sales experience and are still engaged in day to day selling activities and sales team management.
